Its All About Women!

Do you often think about the possessions, relationships, or life experiences you’d like to have?  Most people do this quite often without realizing the profound effect that this positive practice, if used correctly, can have on their lives.

Visualization may have jumped onto society’s radar with the release of the movie “The Secret,” but successful people from all over the world have been using this tool to attract what they want for ages.  The concept may seem simple- think about what you want and it will appear- but there are important things to think about while visualizing your best life.

• How do you feel when you think about this possession, relationship or life experience that you want?  If you are feeling a sense of lack because this thing has yet to appear then that is the very feeling you are sending out into the universe.  Your goal should be to feel as much positive energy towards this desire as possible.

• Are you crystal clear as to what you want?  If you are wanting a new car but you are unclear of the make, model, color, etc. then you’re sending an incomplete message. The clearer you are, the faster and more precise your manifestation will be.

• Are you able to see what you desire- the purchasing of a new car, a wedding, a new job- to be off in the distant future?  If not then the likelihood of it becoming your reality today is slim to none.  Imagine it as if it is here with you now.  It may seem strange at first, yet with practice it will become more natural.

• Are you practicing gratitude both for what you have and what you have yet to receive? Recognizing what you currently have in your life to be grateful for opens the door for more good to come into your life.  In addition, practicing gratitude for what you have yet to receive actually puts you in line for accepting the things that you desire.

• Most Important: Take inspired action in the pursuit of what you most desire.  Start with one step- the universe rewards action.  When you follow the steps above the how will be revealed to you.

Start your practice of visualization by sitting in a space where you can concentrate.  See, feel, touch, and taste your desire.  Above all else- have fun with it.  This practice shouldn’t feel like work, instead it should help you really get excited about the possibilities that your life holds.
