Here are 3 powerful steps that will help you manifest “The One”:
Step 1 – Beginner’s Mind
The first step begins with what the Buddhists call “Beginner’s Mind.”
You start by taking your opinions, reasons and beliefs about why you can’t or haven’t found love and you put them on a shelf for now.
Allow yourself to “not know” how or when or where your soulmate will appear. You surrender and trust (just for now) that everything is about to work in your favor.
Step 2 – Clear Intention
The second step is to create a clear intention. Write out a statement that is a declaration to yourself and the Universe.
It should clearly state that you are now ready for the right life partner to appear in your life.
Example: I joyfully welcome my soulmate into my life.
He is ready for a long-term loving, affectionate, monogamous lifetime with me as we create a fabulous life together.
Step 3 – Silent Focus
Dedicate a few minutes each day to silently focus on how it “feels” inside your body to be in the present moment with your beloved.
Close your eyes and use your imagination and see him sitting across from you.
As you feel the heat radiate off his body, what feelings are evoked in your heart? Do you feel joyful? Excited? Relieved?
Spend time really feeling these emotions (it’s okay to “fake it till you make it”), knowing and trusting that on some cosmic level you are truly spending time with your beloved.
You can even use this time to have a silent conversation with him. It’s absolutely crucial that you do this every day.
Remember, this exercise is about “feeling” not “seeing”…so focus on emotions, not literally trying to see him.
Becoming a successful manifestor — whether you want to manifest love, money, a new career, or simply a parking space — requires a certain level of emotional maturity.
Great manifestors have learned the art of managing their thoughts and emotions…
So that even when doubt, fear or other limiting feelings pop up, they are not swept into a spiral of negativity.
Developing this kind of mental discipline requires us to make a deliberate choice to focus our attention on what we desire rather than on what we don’t want.
Those who successfully manifest love have learned and surrendered to the fact that it’s not our job to know where or how our soulmate will appear.
We don’t have to micromanage every encounter or anticipate every detail.
Our job is to simply prepare ourselves in body, mind, and soul and then relax into the knowledge that the one we’ve asked for — wherever he may be at this moment — is on the way.
Your soulmate is on the way to you from wherever he or she is right now. The details are not yours to coordinate.
