Its All About Women!

Our Opportunities are Endless

By Manny Goldman On February 16th, 2012

You are a part of an elite group of people who eagerly seek to improve themselves…

…and are in the process of changing the world, especially yours and those you come in contact with.

You and I both know that it takes time, commitment and courage to step up day after day and face the realities of what life offers including adversities as well as successes.

It’s our intention for It’s All About Women to become your support system that assists you with the amazing journey you’re on.

We do a lot here at IAAW and I wanted to take the time to share 6 ways you can make your life even better while getting the most from your participation in our community.

1. Take what you need and leave the rest

Not everything we email you or post on our website will apply to you.

We support women all over the world who deal with all sorts of challenges and opportunities.

We do our best to offer a wide range of topics and expert advice on real issues that women face.

If something we share applies to you, please take the time to read it and implement at least 1 thing from it.

You don’t have to implement every insight or step to benefit from it.

If it doesn’t apply to you, first think about who in your life may need this information before ignoring or disregarding it.

You see, when you pass on the insights shared, those in your life begin to transform. That automatically enhances your life too. As they grow, you grow through proximity and vice versa.

As a reminder, at any time you can Manage Your Email Subscription and only select the emails you want to receive from us. You can do this at the bottom of every email we send you.

We’re taking great measures to give you what you want so you ultimately get what you need.

2. Let go of any attachments or expectations

You may get overwhelmed when you receive too many emails from us or fall behind in reading them.

Please give yourself permission to let go of your desire to read every email or your hesitation to receive less emails.

Here’s a few suggestions to help you:

  • Read only those that apply to you
  • If you fall behind, focus only on the new ones
  • Schedule time in the evening or during weekends for focused time to sift through past emails for what most applies to you
  • Manage your email subscription and choose to only receive the emails you want to read. You can do this at the bottom of every email we send to you.

Many of our articles and emails include an opportunity to purchase the expert’s product or service to further support your growth in the given area.

It’s been my experience that it takes an in-depth program or ongoing coaching to discover the cause of an issue and learn how to overcome it.

As much as I would like to believe that a blog article or inspirational movie can do that by itself, it’s not very likely.

They both can create a temporary shift but if you’re looking for a lasting solution to the problems you face, the truth is you’ll need to make an investment of time and money for a credible product or service.

We do our very best to sort and sift through thousands of experts and programs to bring you the highest quality resources. You’ll need to use your own judgment before making a purchase.

We stand behind everything we recommend. If for any reason you have an issue with a vendor or expert we endorse, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the situation.

3. You get what you give

This applies to just about everything you do in life.

The more emails you read, the more articles or movies you share and the more products you purchase and use… the more results you’ll see in your life.

It’s not always directly in proportion, but what I’ve found is that overtime it evens out.

In the beginning you’ll need to put in more, meaning you’ll need to give and do more and before you know it…the results will start to happen.

The important key here is that you must NEVER ever, ever give up and ideally you’ll continue to give and do with consistent persistence. It’s actually physics…you can’t lose.

Think about a garden as a metaphor:

As long as you’re planting the seeds, watering them and pulling out the weeds…the flowers will grow.

Where we get in trouble is when we get impatient and either stop doing the things necessary for them to grow or possibly even worse we judge the plant as not being good enough and become abusive with our words or actions.

Let me tell you from experience…

You ARE good enough and if you do what’s necessary over and over again, you WILL win.

One of my early mentors, T. Harv Eker, used to always say, “How you do anything is how you do everything.”

Build a habit for yourself to constantly play full out and “if you fall off the horse, get back on as soon as possible.”

4. Play full out

Those who win give it everything they got.

This applies here as well with IAAW. I recommend that you utilize all (or most) of what we offer to make your life even better.

Here’s a short list of what we do and how you can play:

  • Monthly Live Q & A calls – get on the call each month and ask a deeply personal question in a safe and supportive environment. Get the answers you so desperately want and need
  • And so much more

I know you may not have time to do them all although as mentioned in step 3 – you get what you give. Each of us makes time for what’s most important.

If you make more time for you and your growth, you will reap the rewards of your efforts – and will others around you.

5. Don’t take yourself too seriously

You are human and you are going to “mess up.”

This is the good news and the other news. If you aren’t making mistakes every day and discovering new ways to NOT do something then you aren’t playing a big enough game.

Thomas Edison discovered 9,999 ways how to NOT create a light bulb. He didn’t give up and eventually uncovered the way TO create a light bulb that worked.

As a result, now billions of us have light.

Please be extra kind to yourself when you make a mistake. Learn from everything you do or choose not to do. The easier you are on yourself, the easier it will be for you to gain the lesson.

The harder you are on yourself, the more pain you’ll experience.

6. Enjoy the ride

Life is too short to resist or fight what’s happening.

Buckle up and enjoy the roller coaster ride with all the twists and turns you’re going to experience.

The good times, the bad times and everything in between.

The more you fully embrace and accept what does or doesn’t happen to and around you, the more you’ll enjoy your experience.

At the end of the day, it’s not about what happens, it’s about how you interpret what happens. You have the conscious ability to decide if something is good or bad, for your benefit, or for your pain.

I’m only suggesting that you create a story that supports you rather than one that tears you down. You’re making up the story either way.

Use It’s All About Women as a friendly guide and support system to uplift of your spirit and your enjoyment on this journey we call life.

These 6 lessons can also be used for how to participate in your life more fully and in any other community, group or team you’re on including your family, at work or anywhere else.
