This makes us more distanced from our true selves.
It’s not surprising then that millions of people suffer from numerous mental and physical problems as a consequence.
The good news is, there’s a way to quickly rebalance your mind and body to harmonize your life with health and happiness…
A Return to Ancient Wisdom
These chakras are the energy ecosystem and life force of your body. Each corresponds to a different aspect of your life such as wealth, love, health and creativity.
Learning to understand and heal your chakras can…
Revive your health, help you express your truths, transmit your creativity and individuality, maintain successful relationships with your loved ones, and celebrate your positive attributes.
To help you unblock your stuck energies and revive your life force, I’m going to explain the vital functions of each of the seven chakras, and the consequences of blocked chakras.
This first chakra is located around the tailbone at the bottom of the spine. It is represented by a red color.
Its primary functions are to give vitality to the body and to perform basic survival processes.
People with an open root chakra find it easy to plan their finances and work towards success. They feel stable and secure both personally and professionally.
Those with closed root chakras often find they struggle with financial matters, or feel disconnected from the world around them…with little hope or willpower. They may also struggle with their body image, or with weight problems.
2nd Chakra: The Sacral Chakra
Having an open sacral chakra usually results in a comfort with one’s own sexuality, and a longing for pleasure — which is free from guilt or shame.
However, should the sacral chakra be closed, a wide range of problems may manifest including: sexual frustration, addiction to narcotics or other substances, a joyless over-indulgence in many things…
And a selfishness that can lead to lasting negative consequences.
3rd Chakra: The Solar Plexus Chakra
The symptoms of a closed solar plexus chakra are feelings of insignificance and voicelessness, or having little faith in one’s own opinions, goals or dreams.
Conversely, blockages in the third chakra can also create a sense of false confidence, which can manifest itself in arrogance or directionless chatter, a discomfort with silence or a need for attention at whatever cost.
4th Chakra: The Heart Chakra
It gives us the power and energy to love not only each other, but also ourselves.
Those with closed heart chakras find it difficult to forgive and move on from emotionally difficult situations, leading to misery and suffering.
To heal the heart chakra, you must take positive steps that put your life into perspective. You also need to find love for yourself and forgiveness for those who may have harmed you.
5th Chakra: The Throat Chakra
Those who have an open throat chakra generally find it easy to express their opinions without causing offence, are thoughtful listeners, and do not shy away from opposing what they see as unfairness.
A closed throat chakra can result in something of an identity crisis…
With people being unsure of what they really think as their minds have been clouded by hesitation.
We are all born with the gift of intuition, foresight and belief in the power of our senses.
This comes from our sixth chakra, located in the forehead and represented by a powerful yet soothing indigo color.
People with an open third eye chakra are comfortable with the existence of their unconscious minds.
They recognize and know how to listen to their dreams, visions, premonitions and gut feelings.
Should your third eye be closed, you could find yourself struggling to make key life decisions, or lacking the courage to keep your aspirations rational and goals reachable.
7th Chakra: The Crown Chakra
Represented by a vivid and regal purple color, this chakra gives us the energy that drives us towards a sense of enlightenment and spiritual accomplishment.
An open crown chakra will produce elevated thoughts and feelings, and more divinely orientated aspirations.
A closed crown chakra can lead to feelings of a lack of direction, jealousy and bitterness at those who are seeking a spiritual path, alongside a sensation of loneliness and insignificance.
By recognizing that our chakras are our seven gateways for both our physical energy and our consciousness, we can better understand our bodies and the way they respond to stimuli.
By working on keeping our chakras “open” and spinning freely…
We can remain physically healthy, gain clearer sight and insight, make more informed and mindful choices, and feel closer to other people and the world around us.
