True beauty comes from within.

But it can’t hurt to have a little bit of that extra confidence in ourselves when we look our best!

You don’t need to have a Hollywood paycheck (or a Hollywood lifestyle) to be able to achieve this.

These simple tips to natural beauty have been proven to effectively take years off your face, giving you smoother skin, less wrinkles and oh-so-sexy defined features.

So who needs facelifts, surgery or botox? Get ready to look in the mirror and meet your most gorgeous self…naturally!

Step 1: Skin as smooth as silk

The most important step to natural beauty is cleaning your skin.

Your face literally has to “face” the harsh environment around you. A water-based cleanser is best as it won’t clog the pores.

If you have sensitive skin, I advise looking for water-based cleansers free from detergents, moisturizer and artificial fragrances.

Better still, try using natural, everyday items whenever you can. Not only is this kinder to your wallet, it’s also kinder to your skin.

Everyday items like cooked oatmeal, tomato paste, and garlic can be a good facial mask for your skin, especially if it’s oily.

Mayonnaise and smashed banana also help beautify your skin. Just keep them on your face for 20 minutes before washing off.

To exfoliate dead skin cells and reveal smooth supple skin, try a mixture of 1 tablespoon of salt and quarter cup of ground coffee. Gently rub all over your face before washing off.

Step 2: Frame the windows to your soul

Well-groomed eyebrows that complement your face shape add instant definition and sexiness to your looks. Here are some natural tips to maintain exquisite eyebrows.

When plucking, first brush your eyebrows to remove any loose hair. Before plucking, apply an astringent to the area.

Use the tweezers at an angle of 45 degree to pluck the stray hairs. Pick from the root and in the direction of growth. Start at your tear duct and work your way outward to the corner of your eye.
