Our Mission

We are Dedicated to Making Your Life Even Better!

It’s All About Women is here to uplift, inspire, share and celebrate everything that’s wonderful about women. Our goal is to make the lives, careers and relationships of women worldwide better by providing them with resources, connections and a sense of community.

We are also bringing forward real world, results-based information, products and services that educate, empower and support women around the world. Whenever possible we hire women contributors, staff, and work with women-owned businesses as our vendors and suppliers.

As a business, we believe in giving back. A portion of our overall income is donated to non-profits run by and for the benefit of women and children.

A Window Between Worlds (AWBW) is a nonprofit organization that uses art as a tool to support women who have faced domestic violence. Since their beginning in 1991, AWBW has helped over 49,500 battered women and their children by giving them an outlet to express themselves and renew their hope for the future. They offer their program to crisis shelters, transitional homes and outreach centers all over the country.

Unstoppable Foundation is a powerful organization that delivers a holistic approach to educating children in developing countries. Their efforts are made up of four pillars crucial to lifting communities from poverty — education, alternative income, health care, and water and sanitation. Their Adopt A Village approach assists children and their families with the resources and training necessary to eliminate the obstacles preventing children from accessing education and to break the cycle of poverty.

Our Story

We launched on July 15th, 2010, with a timely and powerful movie (and poem) for women entitled The One Flaw In Women.

This movie spoke so deeply to women that it went viral and reached more than 500,000 women in over 200 countries in the first two weeks of its release. It still touches all those who watch it, and has reached more than 2,000,000 women to date.

Co-founders David Boufford and Manny Goldman struggled to determine how to best serve this community of women, but stuck with it until they found a way. It started out as a part-time endeavor and became a full-time business for Manny in September 2011. David Boufford left the company in November 2010, but he remains extremely supportive to our cause today.

In our first year, we partnered with more than 100 guest bloggers to deliver valuable information (via blog articles) to support you with enhancing your life, relationships and career. Today we have more than 1,000 blog articles on our site with over 200 guest expert bloggers.

In 2011, It’s All About Women also launched our highly acclaimed Love Your Life Summit, hosted by best-selling author, Marci Shimoff.

More than 70,000 women from 204 countries signed up to participate in this very first video-based telesummit and we delivered interviews with 22 experts in 10 short days. Our interviewees were world-renowned experts such as Dr. John Gray, Lisa Nichols, Jack Canfield, Marianne Williamson and other amazing leaders in the areas of love, wealth, health, spirituality and more.

Although the Love Your Life Summit wasn’t a financial success (we actually lost a lot of money), we’re proud that it made a profound difference in so many people’s lives — including members of our own team!

We launched our complimentary Live Q & A Coaching Calls in September 2011 and these have been among our favorite and most impactful work to date. Each month, IAAW community members can call-in or listen via the internet and ask personal questions about improving their life.

On each call, the featured expert and our Host answer members’ questions in a safe and supportive environment. We get to the heart of women’s challenges and callers leave the experience feeling transformed. Plus, the people listening in are also able to benefit tremendously from these breakthroughs.

At It’s All About Women we are constantly looking for ways to inspire and motivate you daily in your pursuit of living your best life. Here are a few more ways we do that:

  •   Daily emails packed with key insights and wisdom for living.
  •   Frequent daily updates on our Facebook page (as well as on all our social media profiles).
  •   A monthly pre-recorded Expert Interview from your favorite guest experts
  •   Direct access to amazing women from the IAAW community who are your Support Team.

We are truly committed to helping make your life (and the lives of women everywhere) even better!

For media interviews and opportunities to partner with us, please visit our Contact Us page to send us an email.

Our Hosts

We’re proud, honored and excited to present your 3 fabulous new It’s All About Women Co-Hosts…

Please meet Kelly Orchard, Esther Brandon (aka Queen Esther) and Neerja Sharma!

Kelly, Esther and Neerja come to It’s All About Women from vastly different backgrounds, work and life experiences…

Kelly Orchard

Kelly Orchard is a native Southern California Girl, and while still a High School student, her father turned on the transmitter to their first radio station. In the years to come, Kelly would help her Dad build and operate several stations, including her namesake, KLLY FM  (“Kelly 95) in Bakersfield, California.

After operating radio stations with her family for over 16 years, and as a single mother with three children, Kelly set out to experience life from a different perspective. She then spent a few years in the Sacramento, California market working for radio stations owned by large corporations.

A serious health crisis and life-derailing event served as the catalyst for Kelly to make a major career change. After more than 30 years operating businesses in the field of broadcasting as a radio personality, sales and marketing executive, and business consultant, Kelly worked on her Masters Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works with individuals, couples and families seeking assistance for better mental health; with a focus on mind, body, and spirit.

Kelly’s primary focus now is to be an encouragement and guide for personal and professional development. As an avid reader, writer and scholar, her interest is in the overall wellness of the human spirit.

Kelly considers herself to be a serial entrepreneur, always developing, building and creating new business ventures. Kelly uses her business and marketing skills and education and practice in mental health to provide insight, guidance and coaching through workshops, writing articles and blogs, and in individual practice.

Esther Brandon (aka Queen Esther)

Growing up, Esther Brandon experienced low self-esteem, was suicidal and battled eating disorders. Upon overcoming her past pains, she turned them into a platform as an advocate and champion of change for females nationwide. Her message is to discover the greatness that lives within all of us and to seek to “Be YouDo YouLove You!”

She’s on an active quest to have women embrace the BUDULU (pronounced BOO—DO–LOO) lifestyle as she travels the nation to work with those that desire encouragement and insight to conquer their “Self-Esteem Monsters.”

Esther’s number one goal is to help women and girls be more comfortable in their own skin, take action to become their best selves by living on PURPOSE, and loving all that they are and ever hope to be!

For over 18 years Esther worked in the training and development profession in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She is an advocate of lifelong learning, and most recently completed coursework towards the pursuit of a PhD in Workforce Development & Education with an emphasis on Human Resource Development & Adult learning from the Ohio State University.

With a given name of Esther, it’s only fitting that she be destined to wear a crown. After experiencing the adrenaline rush of taking the stage and performing for others during an 8th grade pageant; Esther participated in dance, theatre, and modeling from pre-teen into early adulthood. Little did she realize that performing arts and pageantry were healing many of her self-esteem woes.

In 2010 she returned to the pageantry circuit armed with the mission to take her platform of promoting a healthy self-esteem nationwide and eventually global. She knew a national pageant title and crown would be the key to open that door to the world. In July 2010 Esther was crowned as the 2010 Ms. Plus America and thus became “Queen Esther.”

Queen Esther is engaged to a man with the last name of King and would love to start her own little “Royal Family.”

Neerja Sharma

Neerja Sharma is a Mama, Actor, Artist, and an activist for Peace and Love.

She is a woman who loves to share her passions which include: The Beatles, music, the guitar solos of David Gilmour, and her family (including her dogs). But she is most passionate about sharing her awareness and experiences with the power of peace and love.

Neerja’s spiritual and personal journey is one that she hopes will resonate with many women. She had certain dreams for herself since she was a baby. For most of her life, those dreams felt like they would always be a fantasy. Believing that she didn’t get to have what she wanted resulted in the life she had, the choices she made, and the person she became.

Born and raised in New Jersey as the daughter of two doctors from India, Neerja became an Electrical Engineer and worked in management for some well-known Fortune 500 companies.

It was the books of Louise Hay that started her on the journey in learning to love herself. She learned that when you love yourself, you are love.

By being loving in your authentic way, you become a vessel for love to be shared with the rest of the world. You learn that EVERYONE is love. Some just need to fall in love with their authentic selves for their awakening.

Neerja’s vision is that our world becomes a happy one… where everyone knows the truth about love and fear. Everyone places a supreme priority on their well-being and self-awareness and that all desires are aligned with love. When that happens, then everyone will experience the joy of living the life of their desires.

By sharing her awareness and experiences, Neerja hopes to inspire women, you, to live the life of your dreams no matter what age you are, where you come from, what you’ve been through, or what your current reality contains. Miracles abound when you “Let Love Rule.”

Denise O'Neill

Denise O’Neill

I call London, Ontario, Canada, home. Blessed with 2 young adult children, Sarah and Ian, I care deeply about empowering, educating and providing tools to support conscious parenting practices.

The focus of my work and personal journey set the course for my role as a Spiritual Care and Bereavement Coach. As Founder of Good Grief Resource Centre, I offer heart-inspired solutions for families seeking Peace in the Pieces.

A failed marriage at 30 to my first love, followed by a sequel of destructive relationships, led me on a pilgrimage of the Heart, to discover the courage, strength and joy of being a woman.

Sharing insights, inspiration and hope, I invite women to embrace their essence and to dance in the Celebration of Life!

Marsha Keller

I was born in Idaho on a snowy, January day in 1960. After fifty-some-odd years, my life journey has dropped me off here with skills as a Life and Relationship coach, a degree in Psychology and a vast love of people. I currently reside in California, enjoying the beauties of the state, but not always the politics of it.

My journey hasn’t always been easy, or uneventful, but gratefully, sometimes it has. When I found that massage touched my soul deeply, I became a massage therapist. When I discovered that I was most deeply fed by beauty, I became a florist. When I learned that helping people use the tools they have been given gave me the most satisfaction, I became a life and relationship coach.

I enjoy writing, singing, dancing, and teaching piano and voice. Still, the thing I cherish most is being a mom, a bonus-mom, a wife, daughter, sister, friend and Ahma (grandmother); for life is about who you touch and who touches you and what you share with the world.
