Our Mission
We Are Dedicated To
Making Your Life Even Better!
We are committed to being a leading resource for women
to enhance their lives, careers and relationships
From the time women enter this world until the time they pass on, women serve as creators and nurturers. With this comes a multitude of innate and unique abilities that men simply do not possess and would not be able to exist without. We’re here in humble gratitude and service to our mothers and their mothers, for our sisters and daughters, our nieces and for our friends, lovers and partners.
It’s All About Women is here to uplift, inspire, share and celebrate everything that’s wonderful about women. Our goal is to make the lives, careers and relationships of women worldwide better by providing them with resources, connections and a sense of community.
We are also bringing forward real world, results-based information, products and services that educate, empower and support women around the world. Whenever possible we hire women contributors, staff and work with women-owned businesses as our vendors and suppliers. As a business, we believe in giving back. A portion of each product sale and a portion of our overall income are donated to non-profits run by and for the benefit of women and children.
10% from every purchase will be donated to two charities we support:
A Window Between Worlds (AWBW) is a nonprofit organization that uses art as a tool to support women who have faced domestic violence. Since their beginning in 1991, AWBW has helped over 49,500 battered women and their children by giving them an outlet to express themselves and renew their hope for the future. They offer their program to crisis shelters, transitional homes and outreach centers all over the country.
Unstoppable Foundation is a powerful organization that deliver a holistic approach to educating children in developing countries. Their efforts are made up of four pillars crucial to lifting communities from poverty—education, alternative income, health care and water and sanitation. Their Adopt A Village approach assists children and their families with the resources and training necessary to eliminate the obstacles preventing children from accessing education and to break the cycle of poverty.
Our Story
David Boufford has been communicating with more than 100,000 women through his popular weekly newsletter as Mr. Positive. In one of these publications, he featured an anonymous poem he received from one of the women in his community called, “The One Flaw in Women.”
Being a sibling of six sisters and the only brother, David felt deeply touched by the poem. As the producer of more than thirty well-received worldwide short viral videos including the world renowned video version of the poem, “The Dash,” David saw more than an opportunity to distribute the poem to just the women on his list. He saw a viral video in the poem that could be offered to women everywhere as a tribute and celebration of their amazing strength and generosity.
David enrolled Manny Goldman, founder and visionary of Real Growth Worldwide, as a partner who could facilitate the team and resources needed to make this project a reality. Manny Goldman was the perfect choice since he was not only versed in creating supportive online communities to serve people with a common interest, he is married to the woman of his dreams and was also the father of a soon-to-be new born daughter. Manny’s closeness with his family including his mother, grandmothers and sister only fueled his interest in creating this important acknowledgment for the women in his life and the world.
David and Manny recognized that not only was this an opportunity to spread the message that women are truly remarkable with the world, it was also essential to design an online resource for women that could provide ongoing support along with information, tools and insights to help her with all of the areas of her life.
To make this a project a reality, David and Manny chose to cast a team of primarily women to create the movie, eBook, website and more. They also enrolled 12 successful women with varying areas of expertise to join their board of advisors.
As of the first two weeks of its release, the viral video, “The One Flaw in Women,” has been viewed by 503,678 people from 214 countries/territories. This video has since touched more than 1,000,000 people (women) worldwide.
David and Manny have created a part of their own legacy and succeeded in celebrating some of the people that mean a lot to them in their lives – the women who have made a difference for them. In doing so, they have shared their love and respect for women with the world.
As of November 1, 2010, David Boufford is no longer an owner of the business. We are forever grateful for his initial vision and his ongoing support.

Beth Van Vorst Gray
Happy to be on the It’s All About Women Support Team to make your visits to our webpage and Facebook interesting and helpful.
I’m eager to share a lifetime of learning—what worked, what didn’t— with you.
Retired and living in Bloomington, Indiana, I have had three careers—in politics, law firm administration, and personnel consulting (as an entrepreneur owning an employment agency).
Satisfying as those careers were, the “stars” in my crown are that I am a writer, mother, grandmother and wife.

Denise O’Neill
At 47, I’m a blessed Mother of 2 young adults. London, Canada is home for Tomek and I, where we reside with our two kittens Oscar and Gypsy in a century old home.
The focus of my work and personal journey set the course for my role as a Spiritual Care and Bereavement Counselor, founder of Good Grief Resource Centre.
A failed marriage at 30 to my first love, followed by a sequel of destructive relationships, led me on a pilgrimage HOME, to discover the courage, strength and joy of being a woman.
Sharing insights, inspiration and hope, I invite women to embrace their essence and to dance in the celebration of life!

Donna Fisher
I have lived in Houston, Texas for over 30 years after having moved here from North Carolina.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work from home and thus share my office space with my kitties – Hailey and Stella – who are often times sitting on my keyboard, my arm, or my lap, while I am attempting to type.
My library of approximately 600 books (book shelves throughout the house) is a testament to my love of reading, learning, and growing. When I catalogued all the books recently in my MacBook I discovered how many books I have and that the majority are spiritual/personal development books with the second largest category being business related books.
I have been called a multipreneuer although I started out working in a large corporation and then as the director of a not-for-profit. Through my own personal growth I discovered my desire to have my own business and teach others what I was learning and I have for over 15 years been researching, writing books and teaching networking and communication skills.
My other interests have led to being a fiber artist (crocheting shawls, wraps and wall hangings), a drummer (founder of the Texas BigBeat drumming charity event), and Certified Language of Mastery Instructor (based on Robert Tennyson Stevens’ book, Conscious Language).
And, along with all of that, one of the most fun things I love doing is dancing, whether it’s country western, swing or dancing with life!

Kris Palmer
I live in Tampa Bay, Florida. I indulge in physical fitness, eat a healthy diet, and take responsibility for my own well being. I love to be with my family, spending nearly every weekend with my grandson. I am always reading something and am very interested in neuro-brain technology.
Throughout my experiences in life and at work I have developed remarkable people skills, and realized that I truly had a passion to work with and assist others in meeting their life goals, and, more importantly, teaching them that all their power lies within and how to harness that power.
I spent over 30 years working for the Federal Government in Information Technology (Network Engineer). It was an exciting career and I lived in quite a few different states as well as 7 years in Spain. I retired in 2002, and then worked for the State of Florida and a global company as an Information Security Officer for several years.
Currently I am living my life exactly as I have chosen, and am creating new directions and paths every day.

Marsha Keller
I was born in Idaho on a snowy January day in 1960. After fifty-some-odd years, my life journey has dropped me off here with skills as a Life and Relationship coach, a degree in Psychology and a vast love of people. I currently reside in California, enjoying the beauties of the state, but not always the politics of it.
My journey hasn’t always been easy, or uneventful, but gratefully, sometimes it has. When I found that massage touched my soul deeply, I became a massage therapist. When I discovered that I was most deeply fed by beauty, I became a florist. When I learned that helping people use the tools they have been given gave me the most satisfaction, so I became a life and relationship coach.
I enjoy writing, singing, dancing, teaching piano and voice and being Mormon. Still, the thing I cherish most is being a mom, a bonus-mom, a wife, daughter, sister, friend and Ahma (grandmother), for life is about who you touch and who touches you and what you share with the world.

Neerja Sharma
I’m a Mama/Actress/Writer/Producer/Peace-Love Activist.
My “day-jobs” for years have been in the corporate world in sales management and my degree is in electrical engineering, which, to me, is not as exciting as helping people be happy and entertaining them.
I hope to be an inspiration and role model for making dreams come true no matter what age you are, or where you come from, or what your current reality contains.
