We are committed to being a leading resource for women
to enhance their lives, careers and relationships
From the time women enter this world until the time they pass on, women serve as creators and nurturers. With this comes a multitude of innate and unique abilities that men simply do not possess and would not be able to exist without. We’re here in humble gratitude and service to our mothers and their mothers, for our sisters and daughters, our nieces and for our friends, lovers and partners.
It’s All About Women is here to uplift, inspire, share and celebrate everything that’s wonderful about women. Our goal is to make the lives, careers and relationships of women worldwide better by providing them with resources, connections and a sense of community.
We are also bringing forward real world, results-based information, products and services that educate, empower and support women around the world. Whenever possible we hire women contributors, staff and work with women-owned businesses as our vendors and suppliers. As a business, we believe in giving back. A portion of each product sale and a portion of our overall income are donated to non-profits run by and for the benefit of women and children.

A Window Between Worlds (AWBW) is a nonprofit organization that uses art as a tool to support women who have faced domestic violence. Since their beginning in 1991, AWBW has helped over 49,500 battered women and their children by giving them an outlet to express themselves and renew their hope for the future. They offer their program to crisis shelters, transitional homes and outreach centers all over the country.
Unstoppable Foundation is a powerful organization that deliver a holistic approach to educating children in developing countries. Their efforts are made up of four pillars crucial to lifting communities from poverty—education, alternative income, health care and water and sanitation. Their Adopt A Village approach assists children and their families with the resources and training necessary to eliminate the obstacles preventing children from accessing education and to break the cycle of poverty.
Our Story
David Boufford has been communicating with more than 100,000 women through his popular weekly newsletter as Mr. Positive. In one of these publications, he featured an anonymous poem he received from one of the women in his community called, “The One Flaw in Women.”
Being a sibling of six sisters and the only brother, David felt deeply touched by the poem. As the producer of more than thirty well-received worldwide short viral videos including the world renowned video version of the poem, “The Dash,” David saw more than an opportunity to distribute the poem to just the women on his list. He saw a viral video in the poem that could be offered to women everywhere as a tribute and celebration of their amazing strength and generosity.
David enrolled Manny Goldman, founder and visionary of Real Growth Worldwide, as a partner who could facilitate the team and resources needed to make this project a reality. Manny Goldman was the perfect choice since he was not only versed in creating supportive online communities to serve people with a common interest, he is married to the woman of his dreams and was also the father of a soon-to-be new born daughter. Manny’s closeness with his family including his mother, grandmothers and sister only fueled his interest in creating this important acknowledgment for the women in his life and the world.
David and Manny recognized that not only was this an opportunity to spread the message that women are truly remarkable with the world, it was also essential to design an online resource for women that could provide ongoing support along with information, tools and insights to help her with all of the areas of her life.
To make this a project a reality, David and Manny chose to cast a team of primarily women to create the movie, eBook, website and more. They also enrolled 12 successful women with varying areas of expertise to join their board of advisors.
As of the first two weeks of its release, the viral video, “The One Flaw in Women,” has been viewed by 503,678 people from 214 countries/territories. This video has since touched more than 1,000,000 people (women) worldwide.
David and Manny have created a part of their own legacy and succeeded in celebrating some of the people that mean a lot to them in their lives – the women who have made a difference for them. In doing so, they have shared their love and respect for women with the world.
As of November 1, 2010, David Boufford is no longer an owner of the business. We are forever grateful for his initial vision and his ongoing support.

Michelle Moss
Michelle Moss is a leading expert online in pregnancy fitness. In the last 5 years, she’s helped thousands of women around the world (including herself) minimize their weight gain, enjoy their pregnancies, have an easy labor, and regain their figures in record time. Using her 15 years of experience as a Health and Nutrition Coach, a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition, a Kinesiology Diploma, Psychology Degree, a Personal Training Certificate and speaking to many leading industry experts, she finally found the answers to common questions that women have before, during and after giving birth.
Jacqueline Souza
Jacqueline has been in the accounting field for over 21 years. Early on, she was very fortunate to have a great mentor who nurtured her and helped her through the beginning of her career. She worked for a public accounting firm for 13 years, specializing in divorce litigation, bookkeeping, business mgmt services and tax preparation as a Staff Accountant. Through her career journey, she realized that being in the accounting arena was her calling in life and as she grew, she strove to provide excellent customer service to all of her clients. She hopes to share her years of accounting and business experience with women through It’s All About Women
Sari Gabbay
Sari founded U2R1 Media Inc. in 2002 at the young age of 24. Through her direction, it evolved from a graphic design company into an accomplished design and marketing boutique corporation. As a small business owner, she recognized that molding personal relationships with clients and their brands would give U2R1 Media Inc the trustworthy demeanor she had set out to attain. Eight years later, her business continues to flourish and thrive. Sari is currently gaining national media attention for major projects and is constantly fulfilling her dream of helping others build theirs.
Elayna Fernandez
Elayna Fernandez is a proud mother, Success and Empowerment Guide, author, and international speaker. She serves as an advocate on discovering your potential, utilizing your inner power and embracing positive transformations to promote balance, bliss and blessings. Through her award-winning Social Media Empowerment classes and workshops, Elayna teaches small businesses and individuals how to utilize the web and diverse social media platforms to promote their brand and build their business. She is also the Founder of The Positive Mom Foundation, a non-profit organization which raises awareness, provides training, tools, and resources for mothers to improve their lives and raise their children in a positive environment.
Jennifer S. Wilkov
As a #1 radio show host, best-selling award-winning author, speaker, award-winning freelance writer, book business consultant and an entrepreneurial mentor, Jennifer loves to empower audiences everywhere to leap powerfully into their lives and live the lives they’ve imagined. The goal with her fifth book, Boys Before Business: The Single Girl’s Guide to Having It All, is to empower 10 million women to build better relationships and better business. Jennifer also works one-on-one with entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate executives and authors through her signature Make It Happen Program and book consulting practice called Your Book Is Your Hook.
Jann Hopkins
Jann Hopkins has worked with hundreds of business owners, speakers, and seminar leaders across the nation to help create the perfect event for participants. After spending over two years with T. Harv Eker and Peak Potentials Training (and receiving rave reviews for her role in Peaks’ events), Jann started her own business called Lean On Me Virtual Services. Through Lean On Me, Jann’s goal is to create real value for her clients and help them be their best. She has created powerful alliances and brought to the forefront talented creators with purposeful messages to share. Jann has received several awards for her outstanding service and contributions, including two from Peak Potentials.
Dr. Lin Morel
Dr. Lin Morel helps women wake up to their own power and potential and realize the gifts that they bring to those around them. As a black belt, mother, entrepreneur, Lin is a renaissance women who has spent decades as a mentor, coach, and speaker for those that dare say “yes” to themselves and to life. Her Breakthrough 2 Brilliance program has given participants a stepping stone to create lasting change in their lives, and she hopes to lend the same support to women through It’s All About Women.
Delena Zimmerman
In addition to being the mother of two bright, conscious children, Delena is also an author, speaker, and spiritual counselor. She seeks to serve her community in a variety of ways; as a mentor with the Los Angeles City Human Relations Commission where she helps at risk teen girls, and in the recovery community where she is a much sought after speaker for her moving and life changing presentations. Delena works feverishly assisting women in this capacity to recreate their lives as mothers, sisters and daughters of society. As an Agape Licensed Spiritual Practitioner she also founded Peace Be Still Counseling Services.
Cheryl Jean Najor
For over 20 years, Cheri J. Najor has owned and operated The Center for Peak Performance, a training and speaking business that provides people and organizations with the tools they need to thrive during challenging and changing times. Her professional and personal growth services are specifically designed to help people create a powerful mindset that enables them to become better leaders, create healthier relationships, and achieve extraordinary results. In November 2007, Cheri was chosen to join one of the most world renowned speakers of all time – Les Brown had his group known as The Platinum Speakers.
Tara Antler
As a Natural Health Practitioner, Intuitive Healer, and Yoga instructor, Tara has been on a journey of conscious awareness, personal growth, and spiritual development for most of her life. She facilitates the clearing out of old, limiting belief patterns, thoughts and emotions, painful traumas, and energetic blocks through massage, energy work, spiritual life coaching, and/or meditation and visualization. Tara is passionate about sharing, empowering, and uplifting others to see their own individual light, inner love, and joy. She hopes to teach and inspire others to listen to their heart and fulfill their deepest dreams.
Martha Sloan
Martha Sloan has spent her lifetime pursuing a deeper connection to life. From an early age she has studied many expressions of spirituality as a way to tap into that commonality that unites us all. She has a love for the global community and has traveled extensively meeting people from different cultures, especially women. At a time when it is so important to bring balance between the masculine/feminine principals on the planet she is honored to be on the Advisory Board for such a worthy forum as Its All About Women.
